Sample requirements
Agree what needs to be reviewed: dimensions, interfaces, visible construction, packaging and any supporting records available for that reference. Sample inspection and catalogue matching are separate steps.
Quotation conditions
Confirm quantity, MOQ, current availability, lead time, packing, payment and trade terms for the actual request. Catalogue prices are not automatically current quotations.
Packing & kit contents
For a kit, check each component and the total count. For shipment, confirm packing quantities, carton details and required labels before an order is finalised.
