Information you submit
When you send an online inquiry, we store your contact details, company, country, requested references, quantities and message to review your requirements and respond. The service is operated by Ningbo Btycolor International Trade Co., Ltd. on an Alibaba Cloud server in Hong Kong. Inquiry notifications use Alibaba Mail.
Browser storage
Your selected products and quantities are stored in your browser. A saved inquiry reference is kept for your current session. We use no advertising analytics or third-party live chat on this version.
WhatsApp links open an external service. If you choose to contact us there, your messages are handled through WhatsApp under its privacy terms. No WhatsApp chat widget loads on this website.
Email inquiries
Email inquiries to eva@btycolor.com are used to discuss product and purchasing requirements. Avoid sending passwords, identity documents or payment credentials through the inquiry form.
Questions about your information
Contact eva@btycolor.com about your inquiry information. You may request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information. We retain it as needed for quotation, business follow-up and applicable recordkeeping.
Access and protection
Connections use HTTPS. Inquiry records are restricted to authorised team members. The form uses a hidden spam field and a submission rate limit; a short-lived hashed network identifier is used to enforce the limit. Avoid including sensitive personal or financial documents.
